Josh Cantwell's practice involves several areas of civil litigation including handling personal injury claims, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, construction litigation, community association law, insurance bad faith litigation, product liability, commercial disputes, environmental litigation, and maritime cases. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

 

Josh was selected as a member of the S.C. Bar’s Leadership Academy Class of 2011. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David C. Norton, U.S. District Judge for the District of South Carolina. In 2018, he was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
